Shipping policy
For orders placed within India
Free Shipping on all Prepaid orders & COD Orders above Rs.2000. Shipping charges of Rs. 100 apply for COD orders below Rs. 2000. The shipping fee is non-refundable in the case of returns.
International orders
We ship using DLH, FedEx, UPS, or Aramex. Shipping rates are auto-calculated at the time of checkout based on the delivery location and order size.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, VAT and any other local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to. Payment of these might be required to release your order from customs on arrival.
Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
