For orders placed within India 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer a free return or an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Refund for COD orders is made in terms of Store Credit only
  • Returned items must have tags intact and must have no visible signs of wear, tear or use.
  • Sale items are not valid for any returns or exchanges.
  • Item(s) once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
  • Shipping fees, if any, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Sale of 'Combo' & 'Final Sale' items is final and not valid for any returns or exchanges.
  • Orders that are placed using Store Credit are not valid for any returns or exchanges.
  • Return/Refund/Exchange facility for products part of the 'Botanica' collection are not available.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the following steps:

  1. Go to https://account.ecoclothingindia.com
  2. Please login to your account with the same email you used to place the order.
  3. Go to my account section by clicking the account icon on the top right corner.
  4. Go to the order for which you want to place an exchange/return.
  5. Press the Request Return button.

Store Credit:

  • In case of COD orders, or, if you opt for Store credit, it will be issued within 24 hours after the order is delivered back to our office.
  • You will be notified via Whatsapp/email regarding the same.
  • The store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • The credit will be for the amount of the returned products only.
  • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

Refunds:

  • Monetary refunds are not provided for COD orders other than damaged items.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please share images and details with us on our Whatsapp/email within 24 hours of receipt.
  • We will replace the item(s) if possible or provide a full refund if the same item is not available.
  • Minor misprints can occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product. Slight color differences from website images can occur due to different display settings of different devices. Such scenarios are not considered damaged products.

International Orders

  • We do not provide a return/exchange option for international orders.
  • In case you receive a damaged product, Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product at support@ecoclothingindia.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9311339577  (Monday – Saturday, 10 AM-6 PM, IST).
  • Order(s) once dispatched, cannot be canceled.
