International orders

We use Razorpay's payment gateway which has all International cards enabled for our website. You can also Pay via Paypal that you can find under wallets. This will allow you to pay in a currency of your choice.

Shipping

We ship using DLH, FedEx, UPS, or Aramex. Shipping rates are auto-calculated at the time of checkout based on the delivery location and order size.As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, VAT and any other local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to. Payment of these might be required to release your order from customs on arrival.

Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.

Returns

  • We do not provide a return/exchange option for international orders.
  • In case if you receive a damaged product, Please intimate us within 48 hours of receiving the product at support@ecoclothingindia.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9311339577  (Monday – Saturday, 10 AM-6 PM, IST).
  • Order(s) once dispatched, cannot be canceled.
