Returns & Exchange policy (Updated 10.04.2021)
For orders placed within India
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return & exchange policy:
- Returned items must have tags intact and should be returned in the original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, tear or use.
- Intimate items including Face Masks are not returnable.
- Sale items are non-returnable and can only be exchanged for a product of the same or higher value by paying the difference in the amount.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to your account using your email address and password.
- Go to the ‘My Orders’ section and select the order that you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- Submit the return request.
Our team will verify your request and initiate a pick-up by our courier partner. You will be informed about the same via Email / SMS.
After successful receiving and verification of the products, the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method (in case of online payments) or your bank account (in case of COD payments) within 7 working days of us receiving the product.
For orders placed outside of India
- We do not provide a return option for international orders.
- In case if you receive a damaged product, Please intimate us within 48 hours of receiving the product at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at +91 9311339577 (Monday – Saturday, 10 AM-6 PM, IST).
- Order(s) once dispatched, cannot be canceled.
